Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Submit the request within that 14-day period.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Packages sent without prior approval are not accepted.

Damages or Wrong Item

Inspect the order on arrival. For defects, damage, or incorrect items, email bogavenice@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving package so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for perishable goods (for example: food, flowers, plants), made-to-order or personalized items, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Exchanges

For a different item, submit a request to bogavenice@gmail.com first. After approval, return item and place a new order separately.

European Union: 30-Day Cooling-Off

For orders shipped into the EU, the order may be canceled and returned within 30 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, approval status is sent by email.
If approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card issuers and banks may need additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days pass after approval and the refund has not posted, email bogavenice@gmail.com.
